Mention expections for QPixmap (and maybe others) in the documentation for implicit sharing

Some people read the documentation for implicit sharing and seem to be under the impression that anything that is implicitly shared can be used safely in a separate thread. This however is not the case because of classes like QPixmap which can only be used from the GUI thread. This should be mentioned here.
