Mac OS X
Description
When triggering a context menu in a native Mac OS application, the top menu item is selected by moving the mouse just a pixel to the left/right, depending on orientation. By contrast, in a Qt application, one has to move the mouse left/right and then DOWN in order to trigger a menu item.
I was starting to wonder why I missed contextal menu items in Qt half the time (ie. the menu just closing because I clicked outside the menu where I would normally have triggered a menu item on the native system), and discovered the above. This seemingly little detail is a big part of the feel in Mac OS, and should not be ignored.
