network: do host lookup before loading OpenSSL libs etc.

Upon a 1st network request in an app, we first load OpenSSL libs dynamically, then load ciphers, create the HTTP thread etc. However, we should do the host lookup first thing, and then do the heavy loading.
This saves ~ 75 milliseconds on BB10.
