QQmlInspector relies on convenience class

QQmlInspectorService is only initialized in the case that a QQuickView is used. Since QQuickView is a convenience class, and QQmlInspectorService is not something which applications should manually initialize (even in the inconvenient case), it should be modified to work with any QQuickWindow.
