Reevaluate property bindings containing qsTr/qsTranslate automatically whenever locale changes

Hej Simon,

as we previously talked about at DevDays, would it be possible to reevaluate all property bindings, which contain a qsTr or qsTranslate method call, whenever the locale of the application changes (e.g. QEvent::LanguageChange is sent by QCoreApplication), so that the visible texts in the UI get retranslated automatically?
