Horizontal Mouse Wheel Scrolling for ListView

Not able to scroll horizontally with mouse wheel on QListView and QListWidget unless the cursor is directly on the horizontal scrollbar. When the cursor is over the items, the mouse wheel does not scroll horizontally.

Settings used on QListView / QListWidget

• Flow: TopToBottom
• isWrapping: True

This happens on Linux and Windows, and on any program that uses a horizontally scrollable list, including Qt Assistant.
