QAudioDeviceInfo nearestFormat not working on OSX

Hi, I'm sorry this is my third bug on QtMultimedia, but got no answer on the -Qt project forums nor on StackOverflow.

Basically I think there are two issues:

• a standard format is not supported (44.1Khz, 2channels, 16bit)
• the nearestFormat method gets stuck and block the application

The same code works fine on Linux and Windows.
The Qt4 version of the application is using PortAudio and works well with any audio format.
