Setting ImhFormattedNumbersOnly together with DoubleValidator doesn't allow comma in relevant locales

Combining the number hint with a DoubleValidator will cause a problem because on some Android devices, such as on Samsung, only the "." is shown regardless of the language setting. This is a problem for instance in french, german or nordic languages where "," is used instead of "." This will prevent decimal places from being possible to enter at all using the numerical keyboard.
