Lrelease is not a devide tool

We've compiled Qt 5.3.0 beta 1 from beagleboard device. Using the toolkit, we want compile a project for beagleboard, with includes calls to lrelease to update translation files. The problem is that lrelease and lupdate are not installed with host tools, they are installed with device tools.
