Extend QSerialPort to include termios mode flags

There are serial hardware devices on the market that don't use \n as the end-of-line character for canReadLine or readLine. Some devices use \r instead. Termios has configuration flags to allow for conversions. Not sure if non-POSIX platforms have this capability though.
