Qt Designer doesn't display selection points correctly

To reproduce the bug:

Open Designer 4.5.1
Make a new form
Place a QFrame on the form
Place some widgets inside the QFrame
Select all the widgets on the form by dragging a box around all widgets
(see the "before" screenshot)
Use the arrow keys to move the widgets
(see the "after" screenshot)
Note that the corner indicators do not move with the widgets
