configure.exe missing in source packages

    Description

      In 5.4.0 beta source packages qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.4.0-beta.zip (or qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.4.0-beta.7z as well), there is no configure.exe in qtbase directory. This file was included in 5.4.0 alpha.

      As a workaround, it is possible to generate the bootstrap configure.exe by creating an empty .gitignore file in qtbase directory.
