Gamma correction in general

We currently do no gamma correction, except for textdrawing under Windows with the raster paint engine.
For instance, the PNG format can store a user gamma value, which seems to be respected by e.g. Firefox, Opera and
Internet Explorer - we ignore it. The same goes for general drawing operations. We don't take the system gamma values into account when drawing primitives.
