Add support for a web translator service

The translation field should be associated with a "translate" button. This button would then call an online translation service to translate the text.

Currently several engines are available through a web browser, but are not fast to use because of multiple copy and paste between Linguist and the web browser.
Certainly you would not want to stick to a sole online translation service, hence a configurable action would be welcome.
