Support for alternation and negative lookbehind assertions broken?

Steps to reproduce / test case:

I am trying to extract data from a small header file. I have created a specific regular expression for the handling of an include guard. The pattern does not work as expected if I activate the alternation or negative lookbehind assertion for the search.
