Debug error from Phonon on application quit

Debug error from Phonon on application quit
Steps to reproduce / test case
When my application exits I get a debug error dialog caused by an assertion failure inside Phonon.
ASSERT: "SUCCEEDED(hr)" in file ..\..\..\3rdparty\phonon\ds9\backendnode.cpp, line 840

I don't see this on Linux and I don't believe it occurred with Qt 4.5.2.

See the attached file for a simple test application. After it launches, close it and you should see an error if it was compiled for debug.
