qdesktopservices_s60.cpp refers to header in app layer

qdesktopservices_s60.cpp includes miutset.h, which will in Symbian^3 be in the app layer after the headers are reorganized. This creates an illegal dependency from the mw layer to the app layer, resulting in build breaks when the app layer is not present.
