Support for passing parameters to qmake

    Description

      Developers are requesting the ability to supply parameters to be passed to qmake from the Qt Eclipse integration builder. I'm on the Carbide.c++ team and we include the Qt Eclipse integration plugins in the product. Our users are developing for Symbian. They want to be able to do things like:
      "qmake CONFIG-=DEBUG what+=46 MMP_RULES+=EXPORTUNFROZEN"

      The user feedback is that this is a high priority request.
