QPrintDialog for unix has multiple settings for paper size

In QPrintDialog for Unix you can set Paper Size in Properties->Page->Paper->Paper Size or in Properties->Advanced->Media Size

This makes no sense and moreover is not in sync, so i can have A4 in the first and A5 in the second making the user very confuse on which setting is going to be used.

Either keeping them in sync or removing one of them (probably the Properties->Advanced->Media Size) would be a reasonable solution
