VGImage is not recreated properly in error case

When the OpenVG backend lazily creates the VGImage based on the QImage, there are cases where the operations can fail due to failing allocation issues as well as other errors. In the case where an error occurs, the 'recreate' flag should be set to true such that subsequent calls to the creation function will attempt the failed operations again and perhaps pass.
