Improve image caching

    Description

      We currently cache all pixmaps used by Image. In the case of something like a photo viewer, viewing a couple full size photos quickly reaches the cache limit and pixmaps begin to be discarded from the cache. We should try to ensure that these 'once off' large images aren't cached at the expense of small 'ui element' images. This could be automatic, or triggered by a hint in QML.
