QTreeView: When an item is expanded then it should expand to show as many of the children as possible

When an item is expanded in QTreeView then currently it does not scroll at all, however in comparison with other "native" treeview widgets (for example Windows Explorer) it appears it should be expanding.

The patch attached resolves this issue, but it may not be the best approach from a performance perspective.
