    Description

Since Open C 1.7 will be back-up enabled, we should make Qt 4.6.2 backup enabled as well. We are talking about the passive back-up support, not active. Same will apply to sqlite as well.

      Fixes:
ad1bc0ae6500092cbfb75ab869b3757add7ba4b7 - Backup support for Qt libs and fluidlauncher
efce7393cb8c6d7df52539dd7b7ac616cf46036c - Backup support for Qtwebkit - partial
54de7595a54e67efb60cdc9eb4c4ff15596c3763 - Backup support for Qtwebkit - fix for merge conflict
      11bfc79b0f832f6544843ed13ef0efbcf51b22e9 - New sqlite3.sis
