Add support for Windows 7 taskbar progress to QProgress

Windows 7 has a new API for showing an application's progress (only one progress at any given time per-app) by filling the application's taskbar icon as progress is made. It'd be great if there was some way to trigger this on QProgressBar (QProgressDialog too?). I've seen something similar on OSX though I'm not sure if that's a system-wide API or if its simply something certain application do to their dock icon (I believe X-Code does this for building).
