QFile should use Junction Points on Windows not links.

Recent versions of Window support the Junction Point which is far more directly the equal of Unix symbolic links than are Shortcuts. They should and would be the natural equivalent and I think are an implementation of the same standard sort of.

Also it would potentially improve things for where Qt has problems doing things relating to Junction points.
