Gesture event delivery should cancel gestures when a modal panel appears in QGraphicsView

    Description

      In a QGraphicsView when a modal panels appears and blocks an item that is a target for an ongoing gesture, the gesture should be canceled by sending an event with a gesture in the GestureCanceled state.
