writeProxy() not generating signals correctly in all cases

In the writeProxy() function in qdbusxml2cpp.cpp, the signals parameters are passed as "input" parameters, so any "Out" annotation is ignored. In other words if an argument's signature requires an annotation it would have to be an "In" annotation to be found.
