Applications including sql driver code doesn't compile

As per the documentation I include the sqlite code so that I can roll by own driver
using #include "sql/drivers/sqlite/qsql_sqlite.cpp"

Building on OSX and windows fails with an error that the file qsqlcachedresult_p.h can't be found.

I understand that the included file not found is private, but the ability to include your own sql driver is important and should work as documented on all platforms
