Automatic quote pairing should be turned off inside quotes for JavaScript

Let's say I type this:

   var quotedQuote = '

Now Creator inserts a second quote, which is fine. But if I now try to insert a double quote inside the single quotes, Creator again doubles it, which in most cases is not what I want – typically I use the single quotes to quote one single double quote.
Note that the C++ editor does the expected thing.
