    Description

I installed MSVC2010 and the Windows SDK for Windows 7 (since it's the most recent one that can be used on Windows XP and allows to debug on Windows XP), and then Qt 5.1.1 (i.e. including Qt Creator 2.8.1).

From there, I created a dummy project (see attachment), and tried run it in debugging mode (i.e. by pressing the F5 key). However, it just hangs and I am left with no choice but to stop the 'debugging'.

Attached is the debugger log I got. As you can see, the debugging tools are properly detected by Qt Creator, but then there seems to be an issue with the qtcreatorcdbext library, which makes it impossible to actually debug on Windows XP.

(Needless to say that this is a real show stopper for me, not least because I have a nasty bug on Windows XP that I need to fix – Interestingly, that bug doesn't occur on Windows Vista, 7 and 8, but I can't debug it...)
