"Switch between header and source" in file selector's context menu would be nice

There already is a context menu item for switching between source and header file in the editor's right-click context menu, but this arrangement has a usability issue: namely, when you right click in the editor pane in order to switch between header and source the cursor position is changed to where ever you right-clicked. In order to prevent this from happening while also keeping the convenience of one-button-click access to the feature, i think this menu item should also be included (or moved all together) in the context menus of the editor's toolbar drop-down file selector and of the Open Documents selector
