Add action for switching between "one editor" and "specific split layout"

    Description

      It would be nice to have a way to easily restore a split layout that was "collapsed" with "remove all splits".
      Or maybe better the other way round, i.e. a way to temporarily make the current editor split take the whole editor area. That kind of mode could also be used for having editors that require "full screen" potentially getting rid of design mode completely
