Multiple empty lines in the compiler output. Newlines in stdout/stderr

In Qt Creator 3.0.0 I see many empty lines in the compiler output. 2.x worked fine. I use jom instead of mingw32-make.

Also stdout/stderr view sometimes inserts newlines (due to stderr buffering?) so I see something like that:

THT: Starting...
T                   <===
HT: Initializing...
THT: Creating widgets...

2.x worked fine too.
