Reparent in positioners properties move, add, populate should be ignored

Positioners properties move, add, populate should be ignored in the designer

Open the positioners-transitions.qml example in examples/quick/positioners
in the Qt Quick Designer.

All the positioners in this example have transitions set to move, add and populate.

Since we do not ignore these properties in the qml2puppet, the Positioners are not populated in the form editor.
