Add Close Documents feature for non-project files

It would be nice, if there was a way to close open files that don't belong to the active project or to open projects.

E.g., add two commands ('close all not in open projects' / 'close all not in active project') to the Open Documents panel.

This would also largely address the the various bug reports that closing a project doesn't close associated files.
