Allow for retrying when installation upload fails

When running the application from Qt Creator and the installation upload fails I get this error:

Unable to acquire a device for port 'COM7'. It appears to be in use.

I get this if I forget to quit the application on the phone before running the new version. When I have closed the application on the phone I would like the upload to be retried instead of having to go through the compilation step before uploading again (which takes many seconds).

The retry could be automatic or manually with a Retry button.
