Remote Execution Failure when trying to run an application in Qemu

Latest Rabbit from Hat release was used:

Qt Creator 1.3.85 (2.0.0-rc1)
Based on Qt 4.7.0 (32 bit)
Built on Jun 7 2010 at 11:53:33

1. Started Qt Creator.
2. Settings are configured, Qemu can be started by clicking the Start Maemo Emulator button.
3. After Qemu startup try to run an application on Qemu.
4. In Application Output view it is said that remote leftovers are started to be cleaned up.
5. Right after that Remote Execution Failure is shown telling: Error running initial cleanup: Could not connect to host..
