Before running qmake creator should ask the user if he want to save his modifications

When I have modified some files and Invoke Build|Build All creator asks me if I want to save my modifications (if the appropriate option is set in settings). However, when I invoke Build|Run qmake creator doesn't ask me to save modifications. It should (since the result of qmake depends on .pro, .h and .cpp files).
