Changes in debian/rules file not adapted

The following steps lead to the problem:

1) Build your project
2) Go into the shadow-build folder and change dh_* configuration (like commenting out)
3) Build the package
4) Output does not state any changes and does the same steps as before

I checked with MADDE command-line tools, and there it behaves as expected.
