How to turn off the pop up graphical suggestions inside QML editor

The qml editor pops up a context sensitive helper depending on cursor position.

This popup draws focus (it's moving, it blinks into existance) and no matter how many times i close it, it comes back.

Make it die a horrible death, plz. Or, at least, be a whole lot less annoying. Eg tie it into a ctrl-space style helper suggestion framework.
