Release dependency on debug mode building

    Description

      Building a projet in debug mode, this project has a dependency (plugin in my case).
      The build will trigger a rebuild of the dependency in release mode.

      I want it to trigger the dependency build in debug mode if I ask for building main project in debug mode.
