Trace point support in Qt Creator's debugger

Trace point support would be very handy for trying to figure out how a particular piece of code is behaving without the need to sprinkle qDebug() all over the place (and possibly changing the timing behavior of the code in question).

Here's a snippet from the discussion I had on IRC:
