Mercurial commit file checkboxes not toggled on

When performing a Mercurial commit a list of files is displayed but the checkbox next to each isn't toggled on. As there is no 'Toggle All' option this means laboriously toggling the checkbox next to each file before committing. For a large commit this is very frustrating.
