svn status should make "no changes" more explicit.

When I request the status of a repository and nothing has changed, "svn status" prints nothing. Unfortunately, in Creator this is almost indistinguishable from a "waiting" state. So when svn status has finished and no output was produced, Creator should make that clear, e.g. by printing a string like "No changes".
