REG: No nice const char * view in the locals window (MinGW/GDB): char *reported as char

I only see the first character for char * and const char * strings in the locals view when format for char * is set to "Automatic". char * are being displayed as type char.

The strings are displayed correctly when format is set to "Latin1-String" or "UTF8-String", but as char * are handled as char, there's no way to change the format.
