Change the QML/JS text editor or code model get next-line-of-code

For example, when a breakpoint is set on a line which only contains a comment, the breakpoint will never activate. For this to work, the breakpoint has to move to the first line afterwards which contains executable code, which is functionality which should go into the QML code-model.

When this is implemented, it has to be hooked up in the debugger and add a test to test this functionality.
