Refactoring operations for moving function() blocks to separate files

Currently, there is a refactoring operation for moving QML elements to a new .qml file. There should also be an operation for moving a function() {} block to a separate file. This would be important in keeping the QML file as more of a declarative document, not one that has tons of mixed script and QML elements in it (as tends to happen with components that have complex UI logic).
