new project wizard should create version control ignore files

the project wizard should create .gitignore/.svnignore/.cvsignore/.hgignore files (according to the chosen vcs) which lists typical artifacts like .pro.user files, generated Makefiles, etc.. otherwise the clueless user will put them under version control the first time (s)he uses the vcs commit dialog.
