    Description

      In playing with Qt Creator 2 and 2.1RC, the mouse wheel behavior isn't right. "Scrolling up" scrolls down... "scrolling down" also scrolls down. It's like "scrolling up" has been binded to the wrong action. I don't remember 1.3 exhibiting this behavior and all my other applications exhibit the correct behavior.
