Set proper starting directory for Qt Creator in start menu entry [was Always current directory is the working directory for QtSDK in windows]

    Description

      When I try to open a file or project it always point to C:\Documents and Settings\mrahman (by default).
      It can't remember my working directory where my projects are. This cause problem in a way that we need to browse every time we open a project manually.
